What Clients Can Expect
Clients in the RH Haven Community Wellness and Support Program receive one-on-one support in their home and community. Each session is personalized and focused on helping them build routines, manage emotions, develop life skills, and stay stable in daily living. Skills are practiced in real environments such as grocery stores, parks, and appointments, making progress practical and meaningful.
Clients can expect:

PROGRAM
RH Haven Community Wellness and Support Program
Our program is a trauma-informed psychosocial rehabilitation and community wellness program for adults living with serious mental health and emotional challenges.
WHO WE SERVE
Adults living in the community who experience:
• schizoaffective disorder
• schizophrenia
• bipolar disorder
• major depression
• anxiety disorders
• trauma-related disorders
• stress-related instability
• anger and behavioral regulation challenges
• co-occurring substance use or relapse risk
• co-occurring challenges affecting daily living
We also provide support for individuals experiencing:
• grief and loss
• major life transitions
• challenges with independence
• frequent crises or hospitalizations
• difficulty maintaining routines
• risk of losing housing or community placement
Program Focus
The RH Haven Community Wellness and Support Program is designed to help adults remain stable, functional, and independent in the community. The program focuses on building the emotional, social, and practical skills needed for successful daily living, while addressing grief, trauma, stress, and behavioral challenges that disrupt functioning.
